The best defense
is intelligence.

Two doors in. One foundation: understand people in order to decide.

Vision

Cyber risk is human, living, systemic.

Cybersecurity was long treated as a technical problem, then as compliance. It is now a matter of governance.

Risk is born in constrained interactions. It evolves with usage. A local decision can travel the chain. Steering is no longer stacking controls: it is reading collective maturity.

Our mission

Beyond technology: the human factor

Predictive CyberLab, initiated by Thierry Happe, joins human sciences, narrative and measurement to prepare teams for real attacks.

Awareness

Essence

The Attack is not a classic training tape. It is the door into a real situation: urgency, pressure, ambiguity. A master film, sequences that explain it, an exam after all the pieces, a certificate. People do not recite a policy. They read risk.

Purpose

Give every employee — not only the CISO — a shared story and a measure of what they understood. Season 1: The Attack. Season 2: Contagion. Awarded at Spot Festival 2025.

Steering & immersion

Predictive CyberScore

Essence

Immersive scenarios, judge, telemetry. We do not ask whether the rule is known. We watch what the person does when time is short. HVS reads that human performance. N1 / N2 / N3 weights are set per organisation.

Purpose

Steer a campaign, a subsidiary, a chain with a figure a board can read. h-ROSI turns human progress into governance language. It is not an attendance sheet.

Extended network
Network head and suppliers, same bar, separate scopes.
Guardian
Human net on edge cases, without staging failure.
API
Wire score and campaigns into the client stack.

FAQ

The method

The awareness programme built on fiction. The Attack films put employees in a real situation: urgency, pressure, ambiguity. Not a SOC, not antivirus, not a tick-box e-learning module. A work + an exam + a certificate, for the whole value chain.

The steering and immersion programme. We do not test whether the rule is known. We watch the decision when time is short. HVS reads human performance. h-ROSI speaks to the board. N1 / N2 / N3 weights are set per organisation.

Executive courses train specialists. Predictive CyberLab and Predictive CyberScore address every employee and supplier. The object is the human factor of risk, not technical architecture.

A campaign enables Predictive CyberLab (films) and/or Predictive CyberScore (immersion). The network head and entities share the same bar, separate scopes. No new security product to install.

HVS is performance under pressure — knowledge, judgement, behaviour. h-ROSI turns that human trajectory into a governance figure. Not attendance scores.

Most successful attacks exploit a human decision. Measuring and training that decision helps an organisation show control of human risk, beyond the technical checklist.

Zero-data-retention on evaluation verbatim when ZDR is on. Models are not retrained on employee answers. AI may judge a case; a human can take over (HITL queue).

Predictive CyberLab: about 45 minutes. Predictive CyberScore: about 30 minutes. Languages: French and English now; Italian, Spanish and German on the film and SCORM catalogue.

Yes. An organisation may run only Predictive CyberLab, only Predictive CyberScore, or both. One sign-in. The journey follows what is enabled.

No. It is a human-risk awareness and steering platform. The API wires score and campaigns into the existing stack. SCORM is an export option, not the product.
